Precious Little Podcast - 40 - LIVE - 11th July 2010

Fuck the world cup final. The 11th July has for a long time been marked in our calender as Precious Little Live Day.
And it happened, in a way even an octopus could have predicted. A secret location in central London was invaded by about 40 podophiles - well, we were one short as she wasn't allowed in.
We'll come to that.
Anyway, this is nothing special, it's just a normal podcast, in that we talk about nothing in particular. But today, we did it infront of some people.
We put a bit of effort in. Well, James did. Michael just turned up and shouted at him. We even had special guests lined up - some of whom actually managed to turn up - and there was warm up from the marvellous Mushybees (http://www.mushybees.com) which, sadly, you can't hear.
That was just a special gift for those people in the room.
We won't give too much detail - you'll just have to listen to it and find out what happened.
Thanks for coming down everyone, we hope you enjoyed yourselves. Who knows, maybe we'll do it again at some point.
Who won the football by the way?

To all the podophiles that are coming, we'll be emailing you the information you need today.

Precious Little Podcast - 39 - 4th July 2010

In podcast 39, the last one before our live 40th Podcast party, Michael has found the secret of podcast popularity, and shares it in an attempt to right the wrong of our omission from The Guardian's Top 10 Podcasts feature. We also discuss the ongoing story of Michael and his toilet, and the most ludicrously obviously wrong rumour James has heard about a popstar who has been designed to delight humanity.
There's the mailbag, a trip to Ayers Rock (but is Pam back?) and Michael's review of Gavin And Stacey.
There's more info on the live podcast for next week, and

We ask for your help in recording some stuff for Michael and Johnny's latest venture, reminisce about the book club and other stuff that James just can't be bothered to write up just now. Hey, here's an idea - why not download it and find out for yourself. Bye!

Precious Little Podcast - 38 - 26th June 2010

Welcome to podcast 38, as we rattle toward our 40th podcast (which will be live!) we don't really want to do too much work. We'll be doing plenty of that in a couple of weeks. So, instead, we've brought in half of King Of Everything, Johnny Candon, to come and (badly) read our mailbag, insult a member of Harry Hill's staff, make jokes about inappropriate subjects and talk about Doctor Who.
Michael, however still finds time to get incredibly angry and red in the face about Gavin and Stacey, and there's another visit to an (usurped) Ayers Rocks.
Meanwhile, James attempts valiantly to hold it all together in the face of Johnny's rambling and Michael's shouting.
There's a little more information on the live podcast thing, and - in the week of the sad passing of Frank Sidebottom, we'd like to encourage all podophiles to donate to Frank's Fantastic Funeral Fund here http://www.radiotimperley.com/

Hello everyone, welcome to Precious Little 37.5 in which Michael and James discover the work of the insane, and James presents Michael with a couple of gifts. One of which was found on a train. We look at Michael's experience of racism in Northern Ireland and what's happened to Jack Whitehall in the last week. There's a little teaser for the next podcast and another Legge rant in regards silly Edinburgh stunts.
Oh, and there's lots more besides, but you'll just have to listen to find out what!

Precious Little Podcast - 37 - 21st June 2010

Hello, and welcome to Precious Little 37, recorded on Father's Day - so inevitably, we learn what sort of "Dad" things Michael's been up to and who might play him in a DIY-based movie as a direct result, before discussing today's big news, which seems to indicate the end of someone's career.
There's our weekly rummage through the mailbag and some poetry from Podophile Gareth Williams, but sadly Pam can't make it this week. Don't worry - as she's sent a replacement.
There's the return of Cunt Of The Weep, and we learn what Podophile King Dave The Best would do in the Big Brother house, given a chance.
James also exposes the secret to Michael's comedy, there's the obligatory Dr. Who chat (mercifully brief, Who-haters) and something disgusting. Apparently we're also under scrutiny this week, let's see how we got on - and there's talk of a special guest next week.
Oh, and after we recorded it, we got on a train. Where we found this: http://tweetphoto.com/28236969

Precious Little Podcast - 36 - 15th June 2010

Hello, and welcome to this week's podcast (that we recorded last week because Michael was busy).
We're fresh from the pub, as you may or may not be able to tell, and as we've already recorded Podcast 35 today, we're all out of mailbag stuff and our usual nonsense, so this week we're giving you our official top ten greatest best things of all time.
To get things in the mood, and in an effort to bore and alienate most of our listeners, we kick off with out Top Ten Star Wars films, and in an attempt to buck convention, go from 1 to 10.
With that out of the way, we return to the traditional way of doing things and count up from 10 to 1 in our general Top Ten.
We hope you enjoy it.

Hello, Welcome to our mini-podcast for this week. It's a little longer than usual, and we discuss the last ever fuck-a-thing, the sad news of the passing of Stuart cable, and other dead people.
It's actually quite a long one this week, about 26 minutes, to make up for our extended absence.
There's a trip down to James' Farm and we hear about the benefits of calling Michael a "cocktip" before another Legge-rant about Doctor Who, including a brief review of last week's episode. Sorry non-who fans. Just skip the last few minutes. But if you do, you might miss School Pubes.

Coo-eee! We're back. Have you missed us? After 2 and a half weeks off, due to Michael going to Qatar and making an advert, we've been a but busy and unable to bother your ears with more waffle.
And that's a good thing.
So anyway, now we're back and we take time to look at the bulging mail bag, tell you more about the Precious Little Party, which is happening in July and take a trip over to Ayers Rocks. There are NO EDITS this week, so you hear all about Michael potentially annoying James' neighbours, and a rare look behind the scenes.
All this and swearing. Hooray.

In podcast 34, we venture back into London's pubs. This week, Precious Little comes to you from The Monagu Pyke on Charing Cross Road.
We should get free drinks for telling you that, but bet we don't.
Anyway, in this week's podcast, we hear about Michael's weekend at All Tomorrow's Parties, take a visit to Ayers Rock, unravel the mailbag and learn about a couple of new features that might be coming up.
All this, and we announce the winner of the first ever Precious Little competition, and find out who won tickets to the Mike and Andrew coallition (Sunday 31st May, Hen And Chickens, Islington, London, London - be there).

Welcome everyone, welcome to podcast 32. Apologies for all of you overseas or apathetic, but we do have to talk about the election a bit. We get that out of the way fairly early on though, so it's ok.
This podcast was recorded the day after the UK Election, you see - and James is a bit broken today, so Michael has to steer the podcast through the choppy waters of politics, until Pam returns to rescue us.
There's also talk of Morrison's Bukkake Parties, emails from you, the listeners, and the results of this week's fuck a thing. Oh, the excitement.

We learn what would have happened in last night's Los Quattros Cvnts, and look a little more into the story about the grandparent / grandchild parents.

ITs OUR 30th PODCAST!
Hello, we've done 30 of these things now, and what do we talk about in this 30th episode? Well, you'll just have to listen to find out, but we can tell you that Michael is excited about having been on the proper radio, and is now planning on running off with Andrew Collings - which is also why we're a week delayed. He also has the Ukulele back. We meet Mel Bigland and mock Mock The Weak. There's some advice from Henning Wehn, German Comedy Ambassador, a song from podophile Wet Sarah, and we delve through your emails and utterly dismiss the stupid, stupid campaign from regular listeners to re-introduce a character that we binned some months ago. All this plus laughing at death. Welcome back to Precious Little.

Hello everyone, it's the 29th EVER Precious Little Podcast, and to celebrate this historical event, we have a special guest in the form of the wonderful Tiffany Stevenson.
We learn about Michael's celebrity friends, Dr Who obviously gets a mention, and Tiff and Michael gang up on James.
We look at the 100 Greatest Comedians Best Ever In The World Ever. Part Two and delve into our electronic mail bag to see what you, the listeners, have sent us this time. There's another trip to Ayres Rock, and we look at the very real problem of Cat AIDS.

Don't forget, by the way, that Michael is performing in a double bill with Andrew Collings (from off of Collings and Herrin) at the Hen And Chickens in North London next week, all info here http://www.list.co.uk/event/20030682-michael-legge-and-andrew-collins-double-bill/
And Tiffany is regular compere at Old Rope, every Monday at The Phoenic, Oxford Circus. http://www.chortle.co.uk/venues/16/london_central/876/phoenix
She'll be taking a show to Edinburgh too, so lets plug that too. First preview is also at the Phoenix, on May 19th, so be there, Londoners!

Precious Little Podcast - 28.5 - 9th April 2010

Happy Friday everyone. Bit of a quicky this week, as Michael's in a rush to get off and meet the trap for discussions of Los Quattros Cunts, which was on Wednesday.
Confused? Dont worry.
In the meantime, if you had to fuck a thing, what thing would it be?

WeeeeeeeeeeeOooooOOoOoOoOOOOOO!!!
Hello everyone, welcome to Precious Little 28 - in which Michael gets over excited about the (admittedly very good) return of Doctor who with the debut of the new Doctor.
So, we get that out of the way early on, before Michael gets very angry about all sorts of things, including Adam Bloom and his stance on vegetarianism,
There's four trips to Ayers Rocks, a trawl through our mailbag, which includes alternate options for the term "podcast", a discussion on what is the correct way of stabbing someone in a non-sexist way.
There's also talk of Michael's new fountain, and we learn about his childhood heroes. discuss the merits of forming a cult, and wonder why Michael hasn't done exactly that just yet.
Oh there's lots of stuff. It's actually quite packed this week. Hope you enjoy it all.

We recorded an after-show mini-podcast to celebrate our fantastic first ever Live Podcast. It was star-studded and drink-studded and laughter-studded. But Michael deleted it so there's this instead. PROMOTE MICHAEL!!! www.michaelleggesblog.blogspot.com

Precious Little Podcast - 27 - 28th March 2010

IT's PRECIOUS LITTLE LIVE!
Hello, and welcome to the Legge Exchange. This week's podcast comes to you LIVE (kind of) from the basement of the Essex Serpent in That London's Covent Garden.
On Thursday 25th March, we recorded our very first live podcast in guerilla form, as we took to the streets of the capital and found a pub to shout in.
At the beginning of the podcast, we tweeted our location to all the podophiles following us, issuing them a challenge to come and find us within the hour we intended to record for. Did anyone make it? Did anyone care?
Listen and find out, if you can be bothered.
In this week's podcast, we learn of Michael's latest plan to annoy Collings and Herrin, and that he's about 5 years out of date in hating a particular TV show. We learn who would win in a fight between a crab and a lobster and wish a happy birthday to our very own Pam Ayers, although - due to the live nature of the recording - there's no jingles or Ayers Rocks today. But we do learn what Jeremy Limb will be getting for his next birthday.

Oh, and don't expect a mini podcast this week. We did record one but Michael was a bit drunk and accidentally deleted it. Sorry about that.

Precious Little Podcast - 26 - 21st March 2010

Hello everyone, come and join us for an hour of nonsense, as we return to the internet with Precious Little Number 26! You'd think we might be refreshed after a week off, but Michael's a bit broken after six days in Manchester, and James has just woken up, so it's a little fragmented, but there's still plenty to get excited about. We have a special report from our friends' Tara and Carls' wedding last week, we've got a new jingle from Andy McH for Michael's fun game, "If You Had To Fuck A Thing", and there's the exciting return of Ayers Rocks, which sees Pam reading her poems on location for the first time ever. All this, plus a rummage around the mailbag, Interview James, and the surprise return of an old favourite...

It's podcast 25.5 time, and it's a bit of a non event if we're perfectly honest. There's ukulele plunking, congratulations to friends of the podcast on the occasions of their weddings and children, and a bit of a plug for some friends of James'.
That's literally pretty much it. Don't be too disappointed though, we'll be back before you know it with more shouting and swearing and juvenile nonsense.

Precious Little Podcast - 25 - 9th March 2010

It's podcast 25, and it's our Oscar special! We look at some of the winners, lament our lack of award, but swiftly get over it, and move on with the far more important business of shouting, swearing, reading our mailbag, interviewing James, spilling tea on Michael and trying to explain our new game, "Head Wrestling".
We suggest a way of helping BBC6 Music, listen to some more of Henning Wehn's marvellous advice, discuss deterioration of clothing, attempt to contact comedy's Robin Ince on the telephone, and make careful effort not to mention the war.

Welcome to podcast 24. We're up against it this week, but we do make time to go through our mailbag, Interview James, and discuss what you, the listeners, consider to be Robin Ince's REAL thoughts on the war on terror.
We learn who the youngest podcast listener is, and wish her a happy birthday. We look at another dream gay couple, courtesy of childhood terror Mr Noseybonk, and "The Greatest Game Ever" courtesy of Mr William Tennant.
There's Cunt Of The Weep and more annoyance from Michael, we review a letter James wrote with his friend to Kinder from several years ago, and learn about Michael's crusade against Cadbury's.
Not only that. but Michael has his Ukulele back.

Mini podcast time, in which Michael guides us through some of the items in his home, in an MTV cribs type way, before mutual slagging of musical tastes and more general dribble.
ITS SKYPETASTIC!
Hello everyone, we're back for a 23rd podcast, Michael got drunk and can't make it over today, so we're trying to do it by skype again, yes yes yes - we know it didnt work last time, and it doesn't quite work this week either, but we're giving it a bloody good go. Alright?
We discuss the contents of our mailbag, hear a story about a nun Michael was related to, make a silly joke about an international tragedy and our friend Tara (sorry Tara) and investigate 'Celebrity True Identity'. There's some stories about weeing, Michael Legge Karaoke, advice from the German Comedy Ambassador, Henning Wehn, and Jerk helps Michael with the return of Interview James.

Hey everyone!
It's mini podcast time, and we present you with 15 more minutes of pointless drivel, with belated talk of valentine's day, as we recall valentines of the past, refer back to the first podcast that we ever did, discuss our favourite bits of graffiti and say happy birthday to our friends and offer one more example of the perfect gay couple that we discussed in the main podcast. We'll be back on Sunday (or possibly Monday) for more inane waffling. See you then!

We're BAAAACK!
Hello, and welcome to our Precious Little Valentines Special, in which we ask YOU - the listeners - your opinions on a very romantic question.
In celebration of our return after a 2 week break, we eschew almost all of our newer regular features, and instead dive into our mailbag, looking at all the lovely emails you've sent us - we investigate some tragic houses and look forward to the forthcoming live episode of Eastenders and this years Brit Awards.
We get Martin Wolfended from off of The Gentleman's Review to help us test our new toy, shout and swear a lot and - in tribute to Robin Ince, forget at least half of the stuff we were going to talk about.

Precious Little Podcast - 21.5a - 3rd February 2010

Hello again - Yes, ANOTHER Precious Little offering, but this is just a mini bonus one that we've been talking about putting together for a while.
We were going to put it tomorrow, as we normally do with the mini ones, but decided today was best to inform you of two things that are pertinent about tonight, Wednesday 3rd Feb.
1 - There is NO LOS QUATTROS CVNTS GIG TONIGHT. Michael + The Trap's sketch show has been CANCELLED TONIGHT due to venue issues, and will, instead, return on March 3rd. I'm sure he'll be plugging it throughout the next month's podcasts, so keep an ear out.
2 - If you're interested in catching our very own Pam Ayers impersonator, Mushybees, he's on at the 3rd Sickipedia gig tonight in Old Street, check his web at http://www.mushybees.com/ get along, and enjoy his arty stuff in the meantime.
Reason we're plugging 'our Pam' so hard is that this mini offering is a collection of outtakes from some of the Ayers Rocks sessions. Enjoy!

Precious Little Podcast - 21 - 31st January 2010

And now our proper podcast! It's the 21st Podcast, we are 21 today! And yes, we know we put one out yesterday, but that was a DVD commentary experiment. There might yet be a mini podcast this week, but in the meantime, consider yesterday's the mini podcast, and this is the proper one. And yes, it is confusing. Anyway, this week, we have been given the theme of "Inadequacy" via the poll on our website made up of the options from AndyMcH. We debut "What's That?", Michael tells us about his holiday, and reclaims his Ukulele. James has a new feature, "Telly Preview" foisted upon him, while Michael goes through the papers. We learn about MIchael Legge's Pig Army - and look at possibly the last batch of Tommy's Tedious Tweets. Oh, and - very exciting - we've had our FIRST TECHNICAL PROBLEM and something goes wrong with Michael's track at the end, so we've had to do a bit of tweaking and try to boost the audio from James' mic so he's audible. Hope its still ok. Bye Bye. Bye Bye.

Precious Little Podcast - 21.5 - 30th January 2010

Hello, we've gone all around backwards! We recorded two podcasts today - podcast 21 will appear tomorrow - but we thought we'd get this out first as it has a companion piece that is still airing on UK TV and the BBC's iPlayer, so the more chance you have to line them up, should you wish to, the better.
It is "I Belive In UFOs: Danny Dyer". If you're unfamiliar with the punchable twat, just have a bit of a google, he's an incredible arse, but is incredibly laughable. Basically he's a hilarious stupid cockney character, bit of a geezer and all that. Thing is, he's not a character, he's real. A real twat.
Anyway, this is a televisual feast. So, listeners, point your browser at the iplayer here http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00qgr7s/I_Believe_in_UFOs_Danny_Dyer/
Or fire up your favourite download client / torrent site (if you like that sort of thing) or set your tellybox for one of the inevitable repeats (it's on BBC3 after all... Info should be posted here http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00qgr7s and we'll list the repeats we can find at the bottom of this info page) and sit back and listen to our DVD commentary of one of the TV Highlights of the month, nay, year.
Technically this is our mini podcast. But it lasts an hour. Dont say we don't spoil you.
Repeats that we can find are on BBC3 at:
Monday 1st Feb - 1.45am or 4.25am
Tuesday 2nd Feb - 2.50am
Wednesday 3rd Feb - 10pm
Thursday 4th Feb - 2.50am
Friday 12th Feb - 10.30pm

Martin Wolfenden from off of the Gentlemens' Review Podcast has given us the theme of Drink, Drinking and Drunks which we try (and fail) to stick to. Today, we delve once again into the mailbag, talk about Ewok dogs, Michael encounters yet another dick on the train, there's time for some of Tommy's Tedious Tweets, and we have one of our very rare special guests, the marvellous Pam Ayers. Be sure to listen out for a secret spoonerism and to vote for your favourite of Andy McHaffie's themes for next week at www.preciouslittlepodcast.co.uk

It's the minipodcast and it's our first OUTSIDE BROADCAST! Michael got an iPhone a week or two back, and so we decided to test out its' recording facility. And where best to do that than the pub? It's LIVE and we discuss Michael's Fat Black Vagina, the ideas of features we went through in the main podcast and the general lack of Leonard Nimoy in our podcasts. Michael gets to do his Sean Hughes impression LIVE and reads a text out LIVE! Then interrupt James repeatedly as he tries to tell a story LIVE. He is a very rude man. Just remember, this is not Rowland Rivron! BYE!

Look out for a shouting 4 year old again, and please feel free to send in your suggestions for any changes for the podcast to preciouslittlepodcast@gmail.com. We're serious, we want some new stuff! Michael gets angry about something in 'Cunt Of The Weep' and announces the details of February's Los Quattros Cvnts gig, and who the special guests are... We hope you enjoy this miniature offering.

Precious Little Podcast - 18 - 9th January 2010

Hello everyone and welcome to Podcast 18, the Tiernan Douieb Birthday Special! That's right, today is friend of the podcast, Tiernan Douieb,'s 29th Birthday, so what better way to commemorate it than dedicate a whole podcast to him. Michael has decided to wear a cape this week, and we both discuss shoes that have been given to us and the continuing failure of Bill Poddy. There's not one, but two Ayres Rocks, and a Heckle MIchael, Interview James, Tommy's Tedious Tweets and contribution from Aoife and Andy go up head to head. Michael's up for getting in on replacing Jonathon Ross on his Friday night chat show, but James favours rubbish Ross brother Paul instead. How great would that be? Paul Ross on primetime BBC!!
We discover who was the first person to call Richard Blackwood a C*nt on National television and we learn about the time James met Paul Ross, Lionel Blair and Joe Pasquale.
To see Michael in his cape and pants, go here http://twitpic.com/xd7yp . More to follow in the mini podcast later this week, see you then!

It's a quick mini-cast this week as we're in a bit of a rush, but you still get Michael shouting, a brief discussion of New Years Resolutions, the mystery of Michael's brother's ringtone and a disgusting thing happens just before we squeeze in one more Heckle Michael. See you on the weekend for the main one!

Precious Little Podcast - 17 - 3rd January 2010

Happy New Ears Everyone! We're back! and we still have very little of note to say! This week, we play with the belated Christmas present that our number one Podophile (or so she claims) has sent us, the Christmas Doctor Who episodes (inevitably - but don't worry, we try to keep it quick). There's emails from podophiles and Interview James as well as Heckle Michael. In an unusual turn of events, Michael tells a story BEFORE he blogs about it. There's also a special message supplied by a four year old child and we reveal what the greatest thing of the last decade has been. There's some more of Tommy's Tweets and despite James' valiant efforts to wrap it up just over an hour, Michael just keeps on going, so you've got an hour and twenty of New Year Podcastness. See you later in the week for the mini-one. Happy New Year! And don't forget to go here http://player.stv.tv/programmes/all-star-impression-show/2009-12-26-2130/

Precious Little Podcast - 16 - Christmas - 24th December 2009

Happy Christmas everyone! Like all Christmas experiences, our First Precious Little Christmas offers promise, excitement and festive magic, but ultimately delivers very little of any worth. Just don't try and take it back on Boxing Day, because we'll know, Ok?
As we celebrate, we're fresh back from the pub, with a stock of Michael's Mulled Lager (tinned) and a pizza on the way, Christmas is marked with festive Heckle Michaels, Festive Interview James and Festive Ayers Rocks. To cut down on actually having to do anything, we play host to loads of festive guests from other podcasts, the worlds of Standup and Television and - in one case - a toilet (It's very christmassy, it's someone with the initials "JC"), there's even a real, actual Cyberman.
All that and a couple of seasonal emails from you, the listeners.
We'll see you in the new year, have a great time until then!
IT's CHRISTMAS TIME, IT's LOVELY TIME! IT's CHRISTMAS TIME, IT's LOVELY TIME! IT's CHRISTMAS TIME, IT's LOVELY TIME! IT's CHRISTMAS TIME, IT's LOVELY TIME! IT's CHRISTMAS TIME, IT's LOVELY TIME! IT's CHRISTMAS TIME, IT's LOVELY TIME! IT's CHRISTMAS TIME, IT's LOVELY TIME! IT's CHRISTMAS TIME, IT's LOVELY TIME! (repeat to fade...)

Precious Little Podcast - 15 - 20th December 2009

Hello everyone! It's podcast 15, It's nearly Christmas, are you excited? We are. This week we venture back to Ayers Rock, discuss the singing of toilet attendants, take a look at the emails sent in by our listeners, and Michael takes a break to remove some unpleassant fluids. We look at what we've been up to this week, including Michael's acting debut, our visit to AIOTM, and the highlights of Robin Ince's Godless show on Wednesday. There's plenty of Heckle Michaels, discussion of any Bill Poddy success, drunk women on trains and a look at the early work of P***r K*y as well as Michael's fear of the forthcoming year.
Oh, and just so you all know, there's no mini-podcast coming this week. Instead, there'll be a full-length christmas special released on Christmas Eve. We hope you enjoy!

Precious Little Podcast - 14.5 - 17th December 2009

It's the mini podcast, and it is rambly and self indulgent and just goes on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on.
It's very long tonight. Sorry about that. We just started waffling, but to be honest - Michael needed a long time to cover his "cunt of the weep" as it's quite an in depth one this week. And we had to celebrate this week's X Factor winner, too.
James teaches Michael a second Ukelele chord and comedian Tommy Campbell gets a mention on a very exciting subject, you will no doubt be on the edge of your seats.
To be honest, most of it sounds moronic, but it makes us smile. Oh, and at the time of writing, there's been 116 votes for the ukelele on the website, and that's 75% in favour of the uke. Sort it out. Thanks.
Please note. This week's mini-podcast includes one joke by small, bearded man Tiernan Douieb.
Also - we seem to have caught this just in time... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kdhaiQPYiBM Just remember, the Rhino is not for sale.

Precious Little Podcast - 14 - 12th December 2009

Well, its a packed podcast today and has been a lot of fun to record, so we really hope its a lot of fun to listen to. Thanks to everyone that voted for the return of Michael's ukelele, it's not giving anything away (as the results are online for all to see) to say that he's got it back. That's democracy everyone, and 81% of you should be ashamed of yourselves. To try and take the edge off for those of you that voted correctly, James has taught him a proper Ukelele chord. Maybe more will follow.
We have plenty of contributions from our listeners today though, to level things out. Andy McHaffie has found his plagiarised jingle that he lost down the back of the internet, and sent that in, as well as his Christmas Single, "All You Want For Christmas Is The Rhino (But Its Not For Sale)". Look out as well for our new feature "Heckle Michael", and "Ayres Rocks", which features a special guest and a poem based contribution from podophile Mister Wavey, brought to life marvellously by Mushybees. All that and Bill Poddy, Legge-Anger, and mindless natter too. You lucky people.
And don't forget to visit www.preciouslittlepodcast.co.uk to vote for or against the ukelele for next week. Please make sure you vote properly this time. Thanks.

Precious Little Podcast - 13.5 - 10th December 2009

It's mini podcast time again. Precious Littler. We continue to discuss Michael's acting ambitions and impressionism skills and James tells a (hopefully not made up) story about nasal hair. Lovely stuff. We bootleg ourselves, too. Proper cutting edge stuff. Don't forget you can see Michael being an actor at the Pleasance Islington this Sunday at 4pm. Oh, and It's not mentioned in the podcast, but don't forget to vote for or against MIchael's ukelele at http://www.preciouslittlepodcast.co.uk. At the time of writing, 78% is in favour of the uke.
Precious Little Podcast - 13 - 7th December 2009

Hello again, a week and a day since the last one, and we're back. We have a new feature, Bill Poddy, and launch a campaign to get one listener to write our christmas single, based mainly on what you might find in a key cutting shop. It doesn't make much more sense after you've heard it either. We discuss Morrissey's Desert Island Discs appearance, delight at the axing of Horne and Corden's appalling sketch show and go through emails from our Podophiles and deal with the last ever Interview James.
Michael tells us all about his new role as an actor, but still can't spot a Shakespeare quote when it's right under his nose. Idiot. Oh yeah, and sorry, but we've run out of time to build the ultimate robot again. Maybe next week.

Hooray! It's mini-podcast time and now it's time to write another description. Ah well. Hope you can't tell I can't be bothered writing one today. Ssssh. Don't tell anyone. Well, what happens in this one? Michael has watched Up and tells us all about it, and Jersey Girl gets a bit of a slagging on the way. Topical? No, not really. Ah well. Oh, and it's not on the podcast, because this was recorded on Sunday, but it should be on the website now, a massive thanks to Andy McHaffie for taking us up on our Rhino mission and extending the childish prankery of Andrew Collings. Brilliant.

Precious Little Podcast - 12 - 30th November 2009

Welcome to podcast 12. After starting with a condensed edit of a previous show (thanks to Shannon), we invite you to guess what's different about Michael this week. It doesn't matter if you can't guess as he will tell you. Obviously Stackridge gets a mention and we play in user submitted bits and bobbles from a bunch of our listeners. This week we really are the podcast that doesnt swear. We discuss the merits of dogs and cats, and how all cats are bastards. Oh, and the last ever interview James. We discuss childish nicknames and laugh perhaps a bit too much at them. Sorry for the delay, by the way, but we went to the pub afer the podcast so didn't get around to putting it online last night as usual. And yes, we know Abergavenny is in Wales.

Can we make it ukelele free again? Let's try, at least. And welcome to the 11th mini-podcast, Michael tells us all about some gigs he's had, and how he managed to break a PA with his voice. All in a state of Ukelele denial. Will it calm him, or raise his ire? And will he abstain from it for the whole podcast? In the meantime, we discover a mutual hatred for Paulo fucking Nutini. A new feature is launched, and discover that no, he cannot resist the Ukelele all the way through, sadly.

It's time for the 11th podcast, which Michael has managed to get through entirely ukelele free! Somehow we manage to fill nearly an hour and a half with nothing much at all, but that nothing much does include mention of Stackridge (of course), Interview James, Cunt Of The Wee(p)k, and we discuss what The Beatles might have sounded like if they'd never broken up, how the people of twitter have reacted to Michael's bumhole. All this, and lots more nonsense and dribble from two people who really should know better.

Hello everyone, we're back - with a special bumper podcast to make up for the lacklustre skype effort we made last week (and at least we made an effort). Today, we welcome back the Sad Hippo, and he's brought a friend too! We discuss Happy Days Denial, the excitement of tonight's new Doctor Who episode and, of course, Los Qattros Cunts. We go through a few emails from listeners who have suggested AA Gill's fate, and Michael is reduced to tears of laughter by the name of a Prog Rock band before embarking on a mission to get them a gig at the O2. There's another Interview James (the last one ever) during which we discuss talking gingerbread men and a fight between Oliver! and Annie. We show our loathing for Graham Norton and nominate the first cunt of the wee(p)k and play in the lovely jingles our listeners have sent us before looking at Michael's latest DVD purchase.

Hello everyone. This is a bit of a stopgap-podcast today, we hope to do the proper one tomorrow, but Michael is ill and stranded in Lewisham, so we've tried to do a placeholder podcast using the power of the internet, its somewhat experimental and therefore shit.
Welcome to the 8th Precious Little, this week we go clean. Michael doesn't swear once this week, but he does go a little insane, and conjurs up an imaginary hippo, just to kill it. He is copying AA Gill and Adam and Joe in one fell swoop. We have an influx of emails from listeners, get critical about Sarah from Canada's Halloween costume, and provide you all with a Morrissey update, before turning our attention to nothing in particular.
After being a little late last week, we wanted to keep you on your toes, so this week we're a bit early. As we unleash our seventh podcast, we include Michael's tale of wasp sex, read out a whole bunch of emails we've received in the week and go through them, and have the final interview James. We also suspect we may have broken it again towards the end, but it might be ok. It was fun to begin with at least, and something very, very unexpected happens about 34 minutes in. You need to listen to another podcast to understand the frankly bizarre co incidence, but really - what are the chances, eh?

So what if we're a day late? We don't care. Do you really? It's only a day for fuck's sake, and this is free, don't forget. Anyway, hello. We're back with another hour of nonsense and dribble, hooray! Tonight's is Tim Ward's Precious Little - yeah, he wrote in and claimed it! Tonight we talk about Charlie Brooker's brilliant response to the Jan Moir farago, the last (possibly) interview James, what an utter arse Peter Kay turned out to be, and that channel 5 documentary about a whale eating a shark. Hope you like it. See you later in the week for the mini-cast. Bye!

Precious Little Podcast - 5.5 - 16th October 2009

It's the mini-podcast, recorded after the disappointing main fifth one, this features Michael sipping his tea, and attempting to reclaim his ukelele, whilst Helen Arney plays us half a song in a bid to plug her show in November. It's just shy of 9 minutes, this time. And that is irrelevant information. We'll try to be better for the next proper one which will be coming on Sunday, probably.

Precious Little Podcast - 5 - 11th October 2009

It's podcast 5 time, and we've broken it today. Sorry about that. But never mind, our guests Tiernan Douieb and Helen Arney are on hand to bring everything round. Yeah, we have guests today, exciting, isn't it? In amongst an hour of random dribble, we discuss Johnny Candon's favourite things, try to avoid mentioning a far superior podcast duo, sort of managing it - but Michael can't resist a plug. And his impression muscles are excercised once again. Even Tiernan manages to get an impression in. James doesn't do impressions. We're both tired.

Precious Little Podcast - 4.5 - 8th October 2009

It's the next mini podcast, Michael's impressions are given another stretch, and he reacts violently to a listener suggestion from Tedious Wigwam. and Dawn Porter comes in for a bit of Legge-shouting.

Precious Little Podcast - 4 - 4th October 2009

It's the fourth podcast! Hooray. This means we've been doing it for a month now, and we haven't got bored of it or wanted to kill each other. That's good, isn't it? This week we talk about the reaction to last week's podcast, MIchael interviews James and manages to hijack it and make it all about himself again. His footlump even gets a mention. We debate whether or not the film version of V For Vendetta was actually any good. Topical.

Precious Little Podcast - 3.5 - 3rd October 2009

Its the miniature podcast, the existence of which suggests that we understand little of how podcasts are delivered and consumed. Sorry it's a little late this week - we've had some unexplained server issues that seem to have righted themselves now.

Precious Little Podcast - 3 - 28th September 2009

We've made it to podcast three. The difficult second album is behind us and we're moving forward into new territory. We address our critic, announce the winner of the theme tune competition and talk nonsense again for a bit. We've even got a new microphone. We're starting to find our feet now, so strap in, off we go!

It's the mini podcast, in which Michael closes his cliffhanger from last week, and we're joined by Glenn Wool and Robin Ince (or are we?). We're doing the next one on Monday 28th by the way, and it should be up on the Tuesday.

Precious Little Podcast - 2 - 20th September 2009

Podcast 2 is here, Michael is a friend to the homeless, James is subjected to an interview designed for someone else. Michael teases with a story that may make it online later in the week, and shouts and swears again. Obviously. In the meantime, enjoy his trilogy of stories.

Precious Little Podcast - 1 - 13th September 2009

The first Precious Little Podcast in which we discuss the origins of it, disrespect a genuinely lovely man (whos work is brilliant and doesn't deserve Michael's slander) and try and decide on a name for the podcast as we go through it. Michael drinks coca-cola, swears and shouts. Things can only really get better from here. At least we hope they do.
